It was several months ago. I was having a really difficult time and after a particularly bad morning just had to get away from what had been going on. So, I just drove out into Essex without any plans and ended up on the beach at West Mersea as that was were the road ran out. It cleared my head and I took some photos that I was pleased with. Another time I'd like to visit properly.
